Anna is a working group leader at the Department of Computational Landscape at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research – UFZ in Leipzig/Germany. Her research interests include the potential of Earth observation data for biodiversity research, spatial modeling of species distributions and ecosystem services, analyzing trade-offs and synergies between ecosystem services and biodiversity, and remote sensing-based mapping of land use/land cover patterns and their changes.
