we are very happy that our EAGLE Konstantin Müller took over the maintenance and further development of the remote sensing R stats package RStoolbox. Of course the “older” developers like Jakob Schwalb-Willmann (also an old EAGLE) and Benjamin Leutner (also our old MSc and PhD student) are still contributing but finally Konstantin managed to finish the transition of RStoolbox to the new spatial environments sf and terra/stars after sp and raster got deprecated.
Please try the new RStoolbox version and report and bug and wish so that RStoolbox is improving constantly and will provide valuable functions to the earth observation community.
