Several individuals offered their networks, including Hannes Taubenboeck for georisk and urban studies, Julian Faeth for forest-related topics, Mirjana Bevanda for Earth observation research in ecology focused on South Africa and the Arctic, Basil Tufail for high mountain Earth observation, Sebastian Buchelt for glaciers and snow/ice research, and Insa Otte for conservation applications in Rwanda (see picture).
