About

Henri Debray studied at the French National Engineering School of Geographical Sciences and the Paris Engineering School of Urban Engineering where he received a double M.Ing. degree in Geospatial Technologies and Urban Engineering in 2019.
He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the Technical University of Munich, conducting his research at the University of Würzburg and the German Aerospace Center (DLR).
Passionate about better understanding the relation between societies and how they form cities they inhabit he focuses his research on the characterization of urban morphology using geoinformation and remote-sensing data at planetary scale. His goal is to better understand cities forms at an intra-urban level all across the globe specifically by studying their similarities, diversities, and complexities.
